Stone Executive Recruitment approached the project with a clear need: a more polished and strategically aligned digital presence for the executive recruitment market.

After taking a direct brief from the client, the process began with listening, understanding the business and making informed recommendations. A formal proposal was then prepared, outlining costings, scope of work, inclusions and exclusions to ensure the project aligned with both budget and deadline expectations.

The design phase explored three initial visual routes, each developed in response to the brief and presented back to the client. Once a preferred direction was chosen and refined, the project progressed into the rollout of key pages.

The final website was designed to feel credible, professional and in keeping with the executive management sector - balancing a premium visual approach with clarity, confidence and usability.
